Admissions

In order to attend Pentwater Preschool, your child must be (3) three years old to enter our PRESTART program, and four (4) years old by December 1st  to enroll into our PreK program. 

Must be potty trained and able to use the bathroom on their own. 

Children must be socially/emotionally/physically ready for admission, may be  excluded regardless of age if they are not. 

Complete an application. 

Complete a “Child Information Card”. 

Provide a copy of your child’s up to date shot record or signed waiver.

Make an appointment for your child to have a physical. Bring the completed  health form with your physician’s signature. The health form is valid for two years.
